In order to really see how hard they work - you should see the activity at the borders when there was Sales Tax Checking - Then you could see them working with Sales Tax Force in hives ! One wonders how much they earn there ! Other than that, I have a very poor opinion of them based on my limited experience of them accepting an FIR a couple of times ! On the roads - they are in generally bad shape (not physically fit with protruding stomachs) - A policeman should be smart and Fit and one must feel good after speaking to them as a public servant and keeper of the law. Their interaction with public is not always polite and one is always left wanting in public dealings with them. I would never want to go to a police station to make an FIR - one feels unsafe to go alone. This is a frank perception ! I hope this can change for the better - but it is we ourselves who must also change - swearing within - never to even want to bribe no matter how much trouble we have to go through even though it may not be our fault. This would be a public duty that one does. The police should make it easy to complain - and also be ready to take action where required.

How do you know police in touch people or common man .
No public relation with common man
When police speak to people in a meeting where public meeting where on going. They can speak loudly and hiding the name of actual victim. Good response can collect from public with close relationship and teach required for present citation of law and order. This will help to do the saving of much time and do there duty on very responsible way , and after all each police is the part of our community. in every political and public meeting and in social media and TV programs they should come forward and speak to public in even for minor point and get public feed back. It is not necessary only a higher have the right to speak in front of public. Every true heart must get the right for positive beneficial for public.
Crime must stop even it is who ever may be . Politics must prove there social support without any selfish.

Pcr vans are active but local police station are lazy only interested to earn money or do the duty for higher authorities only or for rich people
