Railway Coaches and wagons

If GOI has any will power, they should take initiative to eradicate all the rats from all railway compartments and wagons. Food corporation of India getting more and more rats from wagons. RATS are eating and spoiling more that 50% food stocked in FCI go downs as well as carried in Railway wagon. Railway works as the nursery for supplying rats to FCI. Please innovate and find out methodology for getting rid of rats from FCI, Wagons and Passenger compartments

Recently I was travelling in train, Delhi to Jaipur by 19032, in S8 seat no 24. The FAN Does not work. tHE FANS ARE NOT BEEN EITHER SERVICED OR REPLACED FROM THE TIME OF COACH WAS BUILD. THERE WER TOTALLY 3 FANS NOT WORKING IN THIS PARTICULAR COACH. TOILET STINKS, WASH BASIN TAP BROKEN. Overall it is really in BAD SHAPE.

PUNE - HAWRAH - AZAD HIND EXPRESS.
Traveled many times with this train from Pune to Gondia. I feel very sad to mention here that condition of berths in Sleeper class in most of the coaches is very poor .Cleanliness is rarely paid attention to. Mugs are not provided in any of toilets except AC Class, what a pity. Even this basic requirement is not met with.
