Aadhar updation still in nineties mode

You need to stand in queue for few hours in morning for tokens (only 20 per day) and then wait for your turn like 1980s

Government of India should launch online tokens, increase the daily limit, and have respect for time

Can LocalCircles take this up. I have no hope left from english print media journalists. more

Good you brought out a good issue. Thank goodness, I haven't changed my residence and phone numbers. Like driving license and updating of Life certificate for Senior citizens photos also should be done every 10 years as in passports. more

There is Nothing Like this. I made updatation in 10 minutes. The Peoples with fake Documents are standing in queue to make updatation. The Address , Mobile No. changes are critical as it is related to your banking transaction. The Staff Verify the persons finger print & eyes . If it get matched then only the request accepted . Most of the time BSNL / MTNL Server are slow that,s why it is taking time. Govt. is not using Pvt. Companies Internet Connections.On Line Changes will create False Aadhar Card . The Peoples should keep the patience or Go any Pvt. Banks. these are charging Rs. 150 /00. Not to Cry always against govt. Try to Improve Yourselves & ask Govt too. Too high Blood Pressure , Heart beats makes health weak. more

Yes I agree. Why only Aadhaar centre, take any Govt related work and if reqd to visit office it would mostly be nightmare experience. We can be satisfied only if they follow process similar to Regional Passport office or whatever becomes feasible online digitally. more

Sir - I agree with your view. Especially Govt Enrollment centres (Specially Bangalore-One Offices) are working at their own will and pace. No basic amenities also in their Enrollment centres. Those Staff are behaving so arrogantly (Like Lords) with Senior Citizens. Govt should think of some Online process and tighten backend verification Process, so that we need not go twice (One time for Token and another for data update) and wait in queues for long time for these Aadhaar update facilities.
