Airtel (mis)service, especially for Wi-fi...

I do not know it this is only my own experience, but I can think of no reason why Airtel would choose me alone for 'maltreatment'. Since I returned to India and Delhi for good, some 19 months ago, all my mobile and internet needs are subscribed from Airtel, and I find their customer care service extraordinarily and consistently BAD, so much so that I have to rechristen it as customer harassment service. I am sure this is not a reflection of the company's policies, but rather of their poorly trained and ill-motivated staff.
For a current and long-persistent issue, the wi-fi that I subscribe to through broadband at my residence remains erratic at all times with my iPhone. I have no such problem when I use 3G, or wi-fi somewhere else. Despite repeated complaints numerous times, first, each time one needs to pursue it vigourously reminding them 2-3-4 times before a technician materialises some one week later if I am lucky, and then he leaves declaring that either all is well or nothing can be done!
I would welcome and deeply appreciate any useful suggestions to overcome the issue. more

To ensure Airtel service, you should join Twitter, and add @Airtelprescence to your list. Once you complain on Twitter, they are very quick, else slow more
