Instead of keeping the GST good and simple tax as envisaged by PM Modiji, the Babus in Ministry of Finance left a loop hole of ÏNPUT TAX CREDIT" (ITC) for corruption. As per government ITC is four times the GST collected. Therefore ITC frauds are taking place on massive scale all over India. GST authorities are able to catch a few of them. more

It is true we were asked to pay 8%. What proof ? . They are suppose to refund in 60 days , but they don’t unless money is paid . This itself is a proof more

There is no penalty for not refunding in 60 days. The concerned know this. They are indirectly permitted to delay beyond 60 days. Every thong planned clearly. more

Finance minister dept it would be good if some one probes this allegation before this blows up into one more scam.It will be good if LC can do a survey on GST with questions pertaining to it for people who have suffered can voice their opinion on it more
