Redmi 4 bought from Amazon
I had purchased 6 months ago a Redmi 4 during a sale from Amazon and from the day it was received there were problems in display which got rectified later after a software update performed.
Now last month the phone went blank so went to service centre for repair / replacement . now they inform me that the phone's motherboard needs to be replaced as there is some problem due to liquid going inside it, which got to my surprise how it could happen, as the phone was immaculately used by me and there was no such incident. now I was able to understand why the phone was having problems from Day one as Amazon had delivered a repaired or refurbished phone at the cost of new one. now if i get it repaired the cost would be 7000 and i bought it for 10999 so feel cheated on this issue. is there anyway i can sue these cheats. more

Yes U can sue them lawfully make amazon , Redmi &its service centre a
party in case matter also issue notice to all the defendants. more

i bought a MI NOTE 4 fromm flipkart and i received a broken dis[;au npn working phone and even after many mails and uncountable telephone calls to flipkart,they blamed MI and tokd us to contact them,they stated meseller so finally i have filed a consumer court case to receive justice. you should do the same. more

Dear Readers.......I would earnestly request all the readers and online buyers please....please don't buy expensive products from e-commerce sites (TV, Fridge, AC, Mobile Phones, watches, laptops etc). Any product beyond Rs 5000.00, survey the product on different e-commerce sites, select the model, find the authorized dealer and buy it from him after bargain. more

Matter of luck.I had no problems so far with costly items like laptop and smart phone purchased through amazon and snapdeal.However, it is possible that a doctored product is pushed as new one sometimes.But they do mention that it is a used product. more

this is not a matter of luck almost companies provide defective items through online purchases my exemple recently I purchase micromax smartphone worth rs.7000/- through FlipKart Next day delivered to me the product was defective (display problem and charging problem) now I complaint to flipkart after one day. Engineer visit to my location and look the mobile he cant to say me what the problem in this mobile and gone away I was surprised now I second time complaint. they told me the mobile is ok and no issue to replace it . I tell him the mobile is defective and replace my mobile next day another engineer visit to my location and check the mobile where is problem He ask me the mobile working not properely and I replace your mobile after two days my mobile was replace now and I thank to flipkart but when I use this mobile the same problem was in this mobile I thought the flipkart cheating with me the defective mobile provide me. Jaise taise mene apna mobile return kiya aur weh bhi customer care jaakar tab jaakar mujhe refund mila is mobile ko return karne m maine apne 10 din waste kar diye. now tell me where is the matter of luck more
