I'm a manufacturer, exporter & Importer. Have a factory in Silvassa. Stay in Mumbai. Have taken registration of GST in Silvassa. I have Salesmen in Delhi, Chandigarh & other parts of the country. They have taken mobile sim in my Silvassa companies address & given address of their residence in the local city. Would VodaFone Delhi change that address to Silvassa address & give the service in that city? Then wouldn't roaming be applicable? Asked the question to VodaFone & they are not aware of the same. Can you please reply. more

Mr Ashish Shah evry telecom company has a particular area of operations and for every area telecom companies have seperate licence. In your case the salesmen have taken corporate connections in the name of your Silvasa company and had used their local personal Ids for address verifications. Now if you want to change their local addresses then you have only one option that you take new connections or convert old those connections in the name and address of your Silvasa company and then give these sim to your salesmen in different cities. In this case roaming charges will be applicable. Now a days incoming calls in roaming are free only outgoing calls are charged. Only the you can take the input credit of GST paid by yoy in the name of your copmpany. more
