2. Correct the Land Title Records of Revenue Department with that of the Land Title Deed Records of the Sub-Registrar Offices . THIS ELIMINATES ALL ILLEGAL AND DUPLICATE OWNER-SHIPS WITH WHICH THE FAKE & DUPLICATE HOLDERS OF REVENUE-RECORDS ARE CLAIMING GOVT. SUBSIDIES AND GRANTS ETC., CHEATING THE REAL FARMER OWNERS & thus looting the Public and Government Funds since last 2 Decades .
3. Wisely introduce categorised WEALTH TAX IN TERMS OF ESSENTIAL NECESSITIES ADDRESSED IN THE CONSTITUTION .like Land ; Housing ; Hospitals & the Educational Institutions .
4. This along-with Correction of Market price of lands & landed properties through limiting Rs.5,000/- for Cash transactions , Curb of Rs.100/- and above Currency introducing Debit and Credit Cards ; Charge free Banker's Cheques & Postal Orders of any worth from Rs.500/- and above ; WILL AWOKE ALL TO REALIZE THE GROSS INJUSTICE CARRIED TILL THIS DATE . more

When the farmers not allow us to utilize the agriculture land for roads and other necessity things by which they would be fruitful and the utilization will not include companies for which agriculture lands are used for the owners profit(usage of lands for public benefits). Government should not allow them to build house in the agriculture land by not approving the plans submitted for those lands. When those lands are sold it should have the line "to be utilized only for the agriculture purpose". When many of the companies get the agriculture land by giving them crores of amount for their land and as taken the real estate business to peak and has increased the land value also to peak that no poor or middle class people can get a piece of land in urban areas. A survey has to be made to check how many acres of land has been sold by the farmers to the companies for crores and lac. more

It is better to cross verify the adhar card number and the finger prince of the person when any ID proofs are being submitted for the registration of documents. Unless things are cross verified implementing adhar card will be of no use. Since many of the Products needs ID proofs employment can be created in this field where adhar card number and the finger prince has to be cross verified by this organisation only then can proceed their sales,, registration, etc. more
