Railway Board should be honest. They should remove "Super Fast Charges" on all trains for 2 months as every single train is running late (2 hours or more). When Railways is unable to provide 'Superfast service' it has no legal and ethical right to charge passengers for the unprovided service. Railways should maintain TIME on all existing trains first and should think/dream of BULLET trains only after achieving Timeliness of all existing trains. It is outright CORRUPTION and Misuse of authority to charge for services which it cannot provide consistently. more

The linen must be renewed/refreshed after every eight or nine hours, specially after nights. Moreover, between 9.30 pm to 4/5 am when new passengers occupy berths, TT must ensure that they are supplied with such good linen immediately. Thanks more
I agree with the view of Mr. Verma more
I agre withShri CC Paramswaran view. In bangalore-chennai route trains covering the distance in 5.30 hrs and trains covering thedistance in 6.30mts are superfast . Same with every route. more
Railways have shown the country about constant upgradation, since Shri. Suresh Prabhu has taken over the department. Kudos to you & your team Sir, I suggest one more feature to be added in IRCTC - Link with authorized taxi services (UBER/ OLA) to drop passengers at the destination cities. Many a times, the travel turns into bitter times due to quarrel with Auto drivers at the end points. more
Railways should consider raising the speed limit for superfast. With more powerful engines and doubling of tracks many trains can easily achieve 55 kmph. So a situation has arisen where trains like Bangalore Chennai Exp and Yercaud have become superfast trains. Chennai Jolarpettai section can easily sustain 55 kmph for almost any decent train. I think Railways should seriously consider 100 kmph end to end average and no non-stop run less than 100 km for a train to be called superfast. more
