We have to display the President of India's Independence Message to the Nation of 15-8-2013 in all and at all Legislature houses , Government Offices , Cinema Halls , Educational institutions and , the Police Stations to necessiate public awareness . And , the article 45 and 46 at all the Bar Councils . more
Sir I really don't understand what exactly article 45 and 46 says. But no one is given educational loan till 12th especially for poor's. I am not talking about arts and science college. I am talking about engineering colleges. I am a BCA graduate spend very reasonable amount for college fees and are able to gain knowledge. People are willing to join BE or B.Tech getting the government subsidy as educational loan just for the status purpose or income purpose and the benefited student is not repaying the amount. Do you think this is the right way of giving free education to the people? more
THIS WILL NEVER MAKE THE INDIAN DEMOCRACY TO IMPLEMENT ARTICLE 45 AND 46 REALIZING article 16 and 19 in which case , either Britishians or others shall Finance . more
Equal to encouraging the matriculation level people, Loans that are given for the students graduation should be forced to be repaid. Most of the students who get the education loans, are mainly Studying BE or degree for which they need to spend minimum Rs. 4 Lac to complete their graduation. They join these professional courses just because they would get more income. In that case if they go for the job they can easily pay the loan, on the other hand if they dint go for job two scenarios 1. Girls who get married, in such case why are they wishing to go for BE to spend more fees from the government subsidy. 2. People want the best jobs equivalent to their profession not thinking about the marks they scored or their efficiency. 3. They don't wish to repay the loan. It should be a law that no political parties should try to help the people by giving subsidy to close the educational Loan. This is just because they are making the people to cheat the government. more
