I am sure at this time lots of free advice is being poured out to Narendra Modiji. I don't know how much of this free advice is going to be viewed; still I think it is our duty to express our views on the topic of Bihar elections. It is true that after such a debacle the party needs to introspect and see what all went wrong during the campaigning. What I have observed is that in the last few days the party came into news for only wrong reasons, for happenings which should not have taken place at all. And the party's lack of response, or the wrong response for those happenings. With this type of response I can only say that when there are enough people in the party who do not care whether the party survives or not, one does not need enemies outside the party. The people inside are enough to drown the party. What Modiji should realize is that if he wants to win the next general elections (which is only three years away), he has to set his house in order. He has to rule with an iron hand, allowing no one to get distracted from the agenda for which he had won the 2014 elections - good governance, good economic growth, sabka saath - sabka vikas, and corruption free environment. All the spurious activities that the party people are engaged in, should be banned, because they are not going to improve the image of the party. Things like beef ban are not going to be taken in lightly in Kerala and in the North east, where BJP has yet to plant its feet. For the preparation for the general elections Modiji had a think tank which helped him in effective micro-management of the election campaign. He needs to revive the think tank. He needs people who think of the country as supreme, and their own ego as unimportant, to help him run the country. Modiji thinks of himself as Pradhan Sevak. By that logic the people around him should be nothing more than tuchchh sevaks. But they are thinking of themselves as feudal lords and kings. In politics, ups & downs, wining & losing are the other sides of the coin and it has immense importance and necessity. Coming to the happenings in BJP post Bihar election results is nothing new as people in our country do politics to be in the centre of powers and in the event of being deprived of such opportunity, they openly come out against the leaderships of their own parties and start showing their original colors. He or she may be 25 or 95 years of age but power is a must. They have little or no concern about the nation and its people. After all they have to earn their breads and butter. We, the voters, are the main accused of tolerating such selfish so called leaders decades after decades and continue to vote them into the office parliament/legislature. To set the house right, the party should immediately get rid of these opportunists and bring in new young, energetic,qualified and honest people, who are dedicated to the nation and not to their families. The PM should also leave his policy of keeping silent on every issue. Instead, he should come out boldly and remove all doubts from the minds of his voters, which are slowly growing up in their minds due continued propaganda of the opposition parties and in absence any efforts to refute such allegations. more

Every party wants to be in power but as they say when there is a competition or struggle or contest, some win, some loose and there is one person or party at the top. Can any body suggest the party or parties who have lost the elections this time, please think of the development of the country, make the country most powerful, economically by having cordial relations with the other countries.
