The education is most neglected sector in our country which has minimal contribution in employment while we are not getting trained personnel in different sectors. So there is need of complete overhauling our education system. The govt schools of different states are just draining money without giving education. This needs to be reversed by employing big educational fondations like Azim Premji Fundation, Tata Foundation etc by giving financial support to improve gainful education to youths as govt has no capability to do so. The feasibility of US education system should also be examined & if feasible, it should be implemented. more
I agree that our education system needs complete overhaul. Education should no longer be considered as provider of a passport for jobs. Education should develop the personal talents ans skills of the youth to decide and take up any vocation of their choice. Skill development has never been given effective support in India from colonial days to Nehruvian governance. Allour ITIs as vocational institutions are practically a failed set up. They provide mere paper certificates but hardly provide any employable technical skills for industry to grow. Labor policy is always considered a political issue. But if improvement of labor skills is integrated with labor employment by providing inbuilt avenues for labor to grow profitably, labor will no longer be a problem source but become the most important welcom part of nation's growth. Even Macauley found that India was a nation of selfemployed self motivated to carry out community activities. It was the colonial design to turn Indians in to 'job' seeking nation and stop doing any thing volantarily for the community unless one got paid for it in one form or another. more
I agree, our education system needs an overall structural reform to suit the demands of the job market in general and not only The industry, primary education needs a quality improvement than quantity. I am preparing my suggestions in this area and will be posted soon. On Sunday, May 25, 2014, Shailesh Prajapati wrote: > more

Getting rid of unemployment is the ultimate goal.To achieve it other factors such as industrialization, land reform, exim policies etc. has to be first taken care of and this is time taking process.......so to begin with price control will be most effective. more
