1. Top politicians should be prevented from abandoning country. Their cases should be settled at fastest rate.

I agree with most of the points. If another network is created, it may end up in future control/corporation, monopolizing and working as middleman. Sent from Mail for Windows 10 From: Ashok Kundapur Sent: Monday, May 20, 2019 9:29 PM To: manjiripd@yahoo.com Subject: "100 day blue print" more
@ashok Kundapur Valid points. Law should not be delayed. more
Police, Lawyers, Bureaucrats, Politicians those away from fulfillment of their vested and promised policy of performance, need to be set for training, warning and punishment . THEN ONLY LAW AND JUSTICE CAN BE AWAY FROM DELAY/NEGLECT AND OR WILLFUL DILUTION. more
It will be much Better if Government open some Agricultural Products Collection Centers ( Government or Private) in vicinity of nearby Villages so that they can collect All raw materials from the farmers directly by approaching him and give the payments immediately. These Collections Centers must have their own Staff and Vehicles for collections from all the nearby Villages. more
Dist. Development Councils be started, STC operations to be extended to cover this such with full-fledged Tahsil based operations. This will help low transportation costs too AND WILL BECOME A PERMANENT OPERATION to control price increase through suppressive mediators.

The real Cultivators are paid 2 and the end user paying 18 for an item per kg. All such can be curbed.
Many Producers of different grains, Chilies, Turmeric etc., are even ever set to sell at cheaper rate being managed by the Agents, Contractors and Corporates. more
