2000 rupee note exchange will be problematic

Why Demonetisation in 2016 was a scam. And so, why 2023's Rs2000 note exchange is the scam repeat. Here is how it works:

Suppose you have Rs 20 lakh in black in Rs 2000notes. You can't deposit it in your account bcoz it's unaccounted for.

Contact a bank manager. Tell him he can keep 10% as commission...or Rs 2 lakh.
Manager digs into the vast repository of Aadhar of his account holders.
All he needs is 100 aadhaar to fill the request slips, deposit the Rs 20 lakh & exchange it with other denomination notes

This will play out across branches all around the country. Its what happened in 2016. It will happen again in the next 4 months.
If the need was to unearth black money or destroy it, the solution was simple--no exchange, only deposit in the bank accounts.

The option to exchange is a loophole kept deliberately to facilitate corruption.

How many millionaire are there in India. All ex and present government employees. ( except 10%).State central government PSU and 50% of private sector. Schools in private are poor. Even most of the producers of agriculture ( not less than 70%). That leaves poorest of poor to 5%. Not meeting ends is 25% Not really poor 5%. Then of 65% we don't get even 20% submit their Tax returns ( Agriculture segment is devoid of returns)(Society and other professional services avoid, finding loop holes) We are poor in economic activity and not in development more
Only Wealthy peoples, Politicians , Political Parties Black marketers having these notes. It was easy to handle. Common Peoples Do not have these & if they have just deposit in their account & finish the matter. Not to cry on social media. The Peoples are foolish who are crying . In fact their crying for to save their unaccounted money. more
