60 of most polluted cities out of 100 in India

See attached friends. 60 of the 100 most polluted cities in the world are in India and lets face this, none in southern India so pollution is a north India problem.

I saw LC’s environment day survey below

https://www.localcircles.com/a/press/page/world-environment-day-2023

And the survey is dead right in saying 8 in 10 Dilli walas dont believe anything has happened in last 8 months. The other 2 out of 10 must be Delhi Govt supporters.

We need this addressed in mission mode. Not just Delhi Punjab Govt need to act. This was also in 2019 Central Govt manifesto. Absolutely no delivery.

Please speak up people more

65% cities Indian. Shame. Mostly vehicular pollution. Post mechanised harvesting, balers shave the stubble remaining. Easy solution to stubble burning. So simple. more
Create High occupancy cars lanes. Transparent car transfer process. Clean vehicles and cleaner vehicle registry. Government intervene therein. No vahan saarthi reports. Sell vehicle and it vanishes! more
Blaming West for pollution! India sought west's aid to contain pollution. West industrialisation a solo performance. So convenient. Indian rich settled there must bring home the west's maturity in acting on pollution. Vehicular pollution? https://youtu.be/XgCPOrRKiOM more
I agree. Sensationalised. Keep cars with conditions. more
Ban cars?? Bring back what?? This is an unreasonable thought. more
The problem of air pollution, mainly affecting the cities all over the world including most advance cities. Unfortunately, in the matter of cleanliness and sanitation also we have a low rating, not only in the cities but in villages too. more
Addressing pollution in Delhi or any other city requires a comprehensive and sustained effort from the government, businesses, communities, and individuals. It is crucial to adopt a multi-pronged approach that combines policy changes, technological innovations, and behavioral changes to achieve a significant reduction in pollution levels. more
