Aadhaar Cards

Many many people have gotten aadhaar cards made but we never received the card.

Can Govt of India please ensure that people can walk into a center in their town and get a aadhaar physical card right away. If we need to pay a nominal cost of the card, happy to do that.

Many places not accepting aadhaar download version.

Also I suggest aadhaar circle is created by govt ao everyone can find answers and assistance. more

E-aadhaar copy downloaded from UIDAI website can be used to get Plastic card made. There are several agencies in Gurgaon who are doing this job on payment. more

As it is easily and rapidly available anywhere it is the best time to "national identity card " analogous to national bird, national animal etc. Moreover all necessary activities of an individual should made mandatory to be route through Aadhaar. more

The card on a paper and even if laminated has limited life . Why could'nt Govt. issue plastic cards with chip ( as is done in many countries ) so that it lasts long and the chip can carry all the necessary info abiut the holder. With this you should not need any other document for availing any services . I have first hand experience in HK of how convenient life can be with one ID card as above. more
