Access to Senior Govt officials.
I am still wondering why only some Govt officials have been given access to this transforming india circle. See report below from PMO. Every senior official in GOI should be given access to this circle. If they choose to ignore it, let them ignore it but atleast give access. so they hear directly from us rather than through media or whitepapers, etc. Pls dont take it otherwise, this is a great circle u have.
The Prime Minister's Office has advised ministries and government departments to ramp up their public outreach by utilising all modes of communication and media platforms.
Emphasising the need for "proactive engagement with citizens," a note by Nripendra Misra, princial secretary to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, said, "All major government decisions that significantly impact the citizens or envisage a major paradigm change- either in policy or delivery of public services -should have an effective communication outreach plan by involving different media viz social, print, electronic etc."
A senior government source said while it is not unusual for a government of the day to want to popularise its programmes and policy decisions, the writing of the note was triggered by a growing sentiment that the government must publicise its programmes on a larger scale ahead of the 2019 polls. more

I FULLY AGREE WITH MADAM ANITA. 70 YEARS OF INDEPENDENCE WAS UTILIZED ONLY TO THINK ABOUT THEMSELVES AND THEIR FAMILY BY POLITICIANS.
