Every year I travel from Bandra Teminus in Mumbai and find it very hard to get to and from the platforms, please make improvements. The other issue is the coolies should have fixed price for carrying baggage for example one large bag Rs 30, two large bags Rs 60 etc displayed on the platforms. The whole area around this terminus needs better road access aswell. more
