Aftersale Service of automobiles

Yesterday i read an ordeal of a Kia car owner who gave his car Kia Sonata for servicing in Jaipur. After service, the cleaner rammed the car badly. Kia says use your insurance and get repair. Car image is attached.
Kia says we cant help.

This is the state of indian after sales service.

Can Localcircles help reform this sector ti car servicing becomes more authentic and affordable and players like kia are held accountable more

Go to the Police and take legal action. more
Never repair, what legally should be replaced. Repairing the car could involve replacing parts thereof, but that remains the service centre's prerogative and concern. You must get the car back in pristine condition. more
I think KIA car owner should file a case in consumer court. The service center can not shirk the responsibility, if the cleaner was their employee.I doubt if insurance company would entertain the claim.May be I am wrong but I have my doubts. Ms/Mr. Vijaya Nair...Ask for new car. Please don't use your insurance policy for any kind of repairs. Send them a court notice and take up the matter with social media. more
Service centres must assume responsibilty. more
