Air India modifying liquor policies

Looks like Localcircles your demand for change in liquor policy reached ears of Air India management. My uncle in Delhi shared this paper story today.

However I feel the ministry and dgca needs to wake up and take action….fail to understand why liquor is needed in planes. I live in New York.

By this logic, even someone can ask it should be served in trains that run over 8 hours. Imagine the chaos and mess it will cause. Imagine safety of our mother, sister, wife and daughter. more

Air India has to compete for business with many foreign airlines for its international travel business. If they stop serving alcoholic beverages they will suffer quite a decline in business. Every airline would like to cut the expense of serving liquor but they dare not do it for obvious reasons. more
The ban if required should apply to all Airlines and not to Air India alone Get Outlook for Android ________________________________ From: Aditya Sharma Sent: Friday, January 27, 2023 10:22:33 AM To: sailak44@hotmail.com Subject: "Air India modifying liquo..." more
It should be online with Air Travel recommendations by Doctors. more
DGCA has been one of the most useless bodies not caring for the passengers concern at all over decades. Time to revamp it and make it meaningful more
air india has to go a long way in enhancing customer delight experience in all aspects. All these days when it was of goi they did not bother but now that it is TATA it is high time they looked into all aspects and all the airindia mindset staff need a overhaul programme keeping the present customer requirements. If baggage is lost you should have written to the ceo of airindia and brought to his attention and also DGCA also and also to toi etc leading newspapers of india then it will be good more
