Airports Mess across India

Delhi airport terminal 3 is in total mess see attached pics. I understand some other airports also facing issues. What can be done such that the Govt acts on this on priority.

All Cabinet ministers, MPs, MLAs and VVIPs are escorted through Business class passage at airports so they have no clue how ridiculous it’s to fly to Delhi-Mumbai and spend almost same time as the express trains. Around four hours at arrival and departure airports.

Can we all share the plights and then escalate? more

Terminal 3 should be used only for International flights more
Domestic travel must be mostly by train for long distances above four hours time journey or buses if less than that. Relying on air travel must be reduced except for emergency or business etc. Even political parties and MPs MLAs minister must do likewise as it's common man money they are spending. Plan in advance and it's absolutely better then more
Increase the number of airports, while improving railway stations too. Let us remember that Delhi's international airport has to bear the rush from the so called immediate National Capital Region, i.e. Ghaziabad, Noida, Gurugram, and Faridabad from wherein the metro trains bring passengers directly. Airport doing wonderful job in connecting passengers with flights, using all the technological innovations, whether web checkin, carousals automating luggage handling, mechanically cleaned public areas, or buses ferrying passengers at the apron into their airplane to name a few. Yes flying has become easily affordable, but do we pay the true price? Price made out with our environment's future. Remember how much environmentally friendlier train travel is. more
Start international flights from Chandigarh International airport to ease out rush at IGIA New Delhi more
Elected members must not be given special treatment. Lax airport officials be punished for creating caos. They should increase the counters/ man power depending upon the rush at the airport. more
