Railway Minister and Railway Board Chairman are not concerned with problems faced by passengers in all classes of travel. Senior Citizen Concession which was an existing facility has been removed. Persons with Disability called Divyang by PM are not given concession in Vande Bharat. Railways have maximum corruption starting from ticket booking to end of your journey. more

Pantry Managers/IRCTC Officials and the concerned contractors shall be held responsible and strictly penalized for such things and accordingly suspended till pending enquiry for improvement in the quality food and catering services as per rates fixed by IRCTC !! GM level Railway officers/Train Superintendents/ IRCTC officials shall be fixed for responsibilities for assuring high standard Quality services in foods and catering services, cleaning services, safety and security services, etc. No such such type of bungglings be allowed by any contractors and their staff !! more

Hope same will happen and Railway will take corrective steps though public perception is negative and less hope on Railways management and minister. more
