Anti-Corruption Day

Removal of corruption from Indian soil is not one day or one time affair. This history of corruption came in to our soil from British period in the form of MAMOOL, which means routine gift. When any person does favrour to another person, the benefited person would show his gratitude in the form of some kind only (fruits, sweets, garland, god pictures, etc which were not costly). Then this gift became costlier products and when the beneficiary wanted to give in secret manner or receiver wanted to get such gifts in secret manner, those were done in the form of money. Thus the corruption came in to existence. Once, this was spontaneous gratitude gesture. For the past half a century, this had become pre-requisite for doing any favour even out of the way. Once corruption was considered to be sin but it has become a matter of routine. Many people argue that the corrupting person as well as corrupted person are benefited there is nothing bad in it. Thus this had become very hard to eradicate from the root unless ethical standards are increased by very many ways as well as very strict & severe Legal punishments are imposed.
2.Of late bribing persons are taken to task while bribed persons are slipping away from Law through many holes in it. Some corrupts amass well and even they are got they are ready to get punishment for few years and come out and live with ill gotten money. What is the solution for such a bad situation?
1. No intelligence information about corruption should be brushed aside and sincere & discrete investigation must be done. If ED/IT personals get concrete evidence about ill gotten materials/ documents etc, they must be confiscated without any external pressure or political interference/fear and brought in to book. Their names must be given out to the media so that public must know about it.
2.After arrest are made handcuffing should not be avoided and faces of the culprits should not be hidden with mask.
3.The entire legal process must be done without political interference.
4.Separate courts should be set up for dealing Post -demonetization corruption arrest cases as SPECIAL COURTS.
5.If needed law should be amended to plug any Legal loop holes that the Govt., encountered from the past experience.
6. As soon as confiscation of ill gotten /black money or gold / properties is done or grave irregularities are proved, such persons must be arrested without hesitation. more

1. Limiting Cash for payments and purchases while Prompt carry of Card , Net , Draft , Mail and Postal Orders . 2. Presently Existing Black Money & Concealed Wealth is to be drilled out : Conducting Resurvey & Settlement of Land and Landed Properties 3. Connecting Aadhar Number for all Value based Transactions 4. Linking Pan Card to Aadhar 5. Compilation of Shares & Deposits ;; Savings in Bank & Post Offices ;; Agency Deposits with Companies 6. Making compulsory the System of Electronic Billing at each Shop ; Profession ; Business Enterprise ; Educational and Hospital Sector Fixing minimum allowable Monthly Turnover based on 10 times the Stock which is maintained including Godowns /Houses . 7. Implementing Comprehensive Audit System analyzing Quantity , P & L , and Balance Sheets 8. Fixing both high volume Penalty and Punishment for wrong doing in Business/Profession . 9. Fixing heavy penalty with suspension for 30 days while Terminating Services if the Inspector , Assessing Officer , Inspecting Officer , Investigating Officer , Certifying Officer/ Authority , ; Cancelling the Certificate of Profession in case of such and the Chartered Accountants/ Engineers/ Surveyors/ Notaries etc., 10. Carrying all these through a Separate Centralized Corruption Control Board empowering Judicial Powers with Branches in all States ONLY CAN ADDRESS THE CORRUPTION ISSUE FOR ERADICATION PLEASE . more
