Injustice to A.P.State & its Citizen
A.The Justice Sri Krishna Committee surveyed all the regions of the State and submitted a detailed comprehensive Report to the then GOI in 2013. Without giving due importance to the facts listed in the Report and, the around 1900 Reports to GOM MHA directly, in February 2014 undemocratically divided the unite AP State without giving true recognition to the concept of division or reformation of a State .
Upon several demands and protests by more than 7 Parties and even A.P. Congress MPs in both houses, on 22nd Feb ’14, 2 Most important Declarations were staged by the then P.M. in the Rajya Sabha . No Supplementary bill for these two most important issues was adopted. The declaration that contain Special Status to Residue A.P. was against the Conditions of Special Status to States under Law in force at that time.
B. The Raghu Rama Rajan Committee report which was kept pending on 7 such other States those are suffering from paucity to address the public essential provisions that were specifically addressed in the Constitution also had been kept pending making the innocent poor citizen to disastrous life-lead.
WHO HAS TO DO JUSTICE TO THESE TOTALLY 9 STATES while the National Income of Taxes and Produces , National Wealth of Forestry, Mines and Land Treasure have been continuously set for Loot, Misappropriation and Smuggling .
C. This untenable demand of Special Status to new A.P. State has been taken up by the State Congress and their Allies and Associate Parties and have been creating unrest in the State and to the Public life. Their Protests, Processions also were hijacked by anti social elements while the govt. Incurring unnecessary Costs on Police and p.a. too .
A.P.STATE HAS LOST MAJOR PERCENTAGE OF REVENUE THAT HAD TO BE LEFT WITH new Telangana State getting itself into serious paucity for survival .
D. The Supreme Court also has not taken the issue of injustice in the issue of Dividing the united A.P. State though urged SEVERAL TIMES and, even immediately after the Bill is passed in the Parliament as they second time suggested . THUS, THE GOVERNING BODIES OF THE CONSTITUTION COULD NOT help for a justified Division OR, STOP THE UNDEMOCRATIC BIFURCATION.
The situation since about 9 months getting precipitated and targeting the State Government THE RESULT OF WHICH MADE THE TDP M.Ps. resign from the Central Ministry . Thus, a crucial situation was created .
THERE IS ABSOLUTE NEED FOR AMENDING CONSTITUTION TO EMPOWER AND MANDATE SUPREME COURT AS the Guardian for prompt implementation of Constitutional laws in the Country with a separate Vigilance and Investigation Body within Judiciary . more

Congress and Allies became successful in joining Movie Field with Hero Sivaji who originated SPECIAL STATUS campaign, CPI, CPM, JANASENA, making BJP and TDP being targetted in the residue State of A.P. All this was made possible just for " Special Status " to A.P. which in the FIRST MONTH OF THE BILL was notified as against the then existing Rules of ' Special Status ' to a State . The unjustified and undemocratic Reorganization Bill of Feb.14 is against to the conditions of article 3 and the State was divided away from the object of Article 3 and 4 . The Allies and supporting parties of Congress bringing in unrest in AP Government and instigating Public NOW SET FOR " NO CONFIDENCE MOTION " in Parliament just for the Lawfully unreasonable ' Special Status' to A.P.State. They, or, could have lead one to move the "apex court " IF AT ALL THEY ARE CONFIDENT OF LEGITIMACY OF THEIR DEMAND FOR " SPECIAL STATUS " to A.P. State. THEY EVEN STAGED BEFORE MEDIA THAT THEY WILL MOVE " NO CONFIDENCE MOTION " ON MODI GOVERNMENT every day in the Parliament all-through the days of this Session besides their set disturbing the Houses . Since 2016, we are suffering from the such protests, rounding the well, stalling the Sessions THOSE HAVE BEEN ONLY TO SET ALL THE BILLS PROPOSED BY " NDA " GOVERNMENT get dragged, diluted and fail from Resolve . Speakers, vice-Presidents, Presidents have already many times expressed and explained their deep concern and even displeasure on the disturbances and hurdles carried on the Business of the Houses . THIS STATURE IN DEED REQUIRE A BODY CONSTITUTIONALLY MANDATED OR, DECLARE THE " Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court " with Branches in State H.Cs. . Article 3 and 4 are to be well guarded at National Interest and, for this, Article 32, 39 A, also proved inadequate. There is need of a Body for Constitutional Guarantees including Directives of Rule and Code of Political Performance and Election Commission . more

Guarantees contemplated in Preamble of Constitution presently rest with Politically empowered Houses ; State and States under Schedule-7. First 3 decades struggled for important issues and there after S.C. and HCs. overloaded with increasing Cases. Most Important Guarantees of Constitution could not be fulfilled even in 6 ½ Decades . The Remedial Articles 32, 226 and 39 A also have been far from general public while many issues against to the welfare, wellbeing and survival of people are still awaited even though there has been continuous increase in Financial Crimes and Offences of Government Funds and Public finances and even small Savings. This situation is alarming and tendering the need of “ A BODY EMPOWERED TO IMPLEMENT THE CONSTITUTIONAL GUARANTEES “ provided in the Preamble . The issue of NJAC also has been untracked . There is necessity to provide a Constitutionally empowered Body in Indian Judiciary with vested Responsibility for implementation of Constitutional Provisions and our localcircles.com Managing team is requested to aim for such a goal to have permanently the good governance in India. more
