Notebandi was the biggest Hoax of all times played on the gullible Indian public. Yet many would spring to defend it as the Neta had given tall promises and made tall claims to occupy the current Numero Uno position and if the premise itself is false then everything would naturally be false. Bribes & Corruption is ingrained in public blood. Recently a friend told me that his brother got through the tests to be appointed as Sub Inspector in UP Police, but he had to pay Rs.5 Lacs for the same. So where is the merit? And to earn back the 5 lacs borrowed, he will perhaps go for collection from the moment he enters the Office. See? more
The investigation is not complete for the origin, a team of scientists from different origins can do this on behalf of WHO sponsored by UNSC to complete for action plan. And can't be stopped by any means. This team do not require visa to travel any part of the world. more
Certainly, bribes can be received through UPI & perhaps through Crypto currency. There are positives and negatives in this for the nation (society). One positive is that the amount remains within public domain and doesn’t add to parallel economy. One negative is that even illegal gratification is adding to white money of corrupt and unscrupulous members of society whereas as honest and weak are helplessly watching their purchasing power Vis-a-Vis going down. I amn’t aware how the UPIs operate but feel the process Is through National Payment Corporation. May be it has/ will have a vigilance and investigation department to monitor high volume of transactions in favour of individual entity. All said and done, there is only one way to control it, if not decimate, which is society becoming honest. Government must use all methods in it’s control towards this. more
Have never paid but I admire the people for their smartness. At this rate corruption will never end as ways and means will be found to make such transactions. more
It would also be good to know what the purpose of payment of Bribe was? Also, what is the problem in providing the names of the Bribe Takers?......mmmmmmmm? more
