It has become a ritual to ask for pre-budget suggestions from different organisations and individuals every year irrespective of the party(ies) in power in the centre but rarely any of those suggestions are taken for due consideration while preparing the budget. In this futile exercise the only achievement is that the common man feel happy of being given due importance by giving scope for participation in the nation's budget exercise. more
