The biggest step towards rationalization would be a STRICT QUID-PRO-QUO.evry taxation should be specific to an item of expenditure.Only a few well defined items for "general taxation".......... more
Owning beyond 2 Houses gets restricted. Good saving to those Earning beyond 5 L to 15 L in 4 Specially considered Slabs . Those loosing Benefit of Housing Loan Interest can now best use for Education etc . Salaried are continued with Exg Exemptions while Business Income People relaxed with reduced Rates with New Slabs ( abcd : 7.5 10 12.5 15 ) . This can be construed as City-wise Categorisation . On the whole , this System help the Common a Lot with Saved Taxation . WHEN THOUSANDS OF CRORES GST STILL AVOIDED/ MISCARRIED WITH INPUT TAX CREDIT ;;; WHEN IMPORTS STILL NOT CURTAILED TO SUPPORT NATIONAL ECONOMY , ;;; WHEN CORRUPTION CONTROLS OF GOI STILL UNSUPPORTED BY JUDICIARY LIKE THE ISSUE IF LINKING OF AADHAR TO BANK ETC., ;;; How can the Loyal Rule Justify the Citizens Demands of Tax Relaxations HOW FAR GENERAL PUBLIC CAN BE RELEASED FROM BURDEN ? more

In my opinion the Govt should ask big business houses and large temples/ religious organisations to run charity hospitals and Schools at nominal fee to be decided by central Govt. Govt should provide free land to such ventures and should also pay to them out of Ayushman Health Scheme funds for indoor treatments. Management should be in private hands. Govt. should also provide tax relief on such investments. This was the social practice in India till 1960s before Indira Gandhi introduced 93% income tax slab on high income group. After this high tax all charity institutions became commercial. Business houses must use their CSR funds. more
Nationalization of schools across india, Fast tack court for corruption cases, more
