Today, the Supreme Court 5 member Bench rejected the Petitioners' s move against the decision of Rajya Sabha Chairman [Vice President] who has disqualified the Petition of some of the Congress and other Parties as was concluded by the Legal Experts referred to in this matter. more

This CJI only could openly challenge the Political Parties headed by those Convicted . Educated Adults score beyond 12 Crores. COUNTRY SHALL NOT GIVE WAY FOR ANY SOCIAL OR FINANCIAL CRIMINALS TO RULE ITS PEOPLE . But, though this a fact , CJI now has been targeted. Why should not any Citizen question so ?. INDEED, THE RULE AND ITS PROCEDURE SHALL NOT GIVE WAY FOR SUCH A COMMENT. When judiciary has been cornered since 80s by the Ruling Politicians that occupied legislating authority ; cornered by the Executive [Governance] leaving off with insufficient number of Courts ; INADEQUATE NO. of Judges in District , High Courts and , at Supreme Court , WHERE IS JUSTICE IN COMMENTING ON JUDICIARY ? Legislatures , Executives purposefully ignored and neglected the Directions of Supreme Court even on those Constitutionally Guaranteed . There are even Directions of S.C. on the duties and responsibilities of States and ; Government Staff several times . more
