arrangement should be made to display menu chart in each coaches.tte's should be entrusted. passengers are not aware of the charges fixed by irctc. it will be much helpful to the passengers. more

While booking online ticketing, there should be some sort of priority for assigning lower, side-lower berths to senior citizens, built in the berth allocation logics . more

Railways has to consider and implement the system of announcing the next stopping station before 5 minutes there by the passengers can get them selves ready for alight.This system has to be implemented both in night and day time trains particularly in all express trains.Last minute preparation to alight is very dangerous in night time trains otiose are travelling with children and old . more
