Shaileshdont blame the invaders and invasions, intruders and intrusions....our people are lazy...those intelligent with progressive ideas - scientific bent of mind - committed to development - of people, society and nation - are hapless with the innumerable impediments - obstacles put in their way. The banks are no less - they are looters of diligent emi payers - i took an education loan of 750,000 - paid to be over 5 years @ 150,000 p.a....and the EMIs were 26000 p.m. I had to repay 42 lakhs...there was not a single default as my salary was attached so deductions were at source. Took a loan of 19 lakhs - HBL paying 22000 p.m. ...have paid over 50 lakhs so far...still paying.daughter now has a contract in the USA - wants to send me an allowance as my medical bills are hefty...govt. is now imposing 20 % tax on the amount.Citizens who have crossed 60 years are not eligible for loans - they should become inactive - and die quietly - adding to the morbidity level of the nation's demographic graphs....the experience gained - the freedom they enjoy with hopefully children leading their own lives - is substantial - and can contribute to the devellopment index in a huge way.where are we going? It is despairing..and depressing. While we must acknowledge the strides the nation is making at the global level - the huge difference in quality of life of the poor with the swachch Bharat schemes - gas cylinders subsidised rations, pensions to widows and aged etc.the support and encouragement required for small and micro scale entrepreneurs should not be sidelined by the middle men. T Then we can win the wars and the battles - or let us go the Bhutan way....which is impossible for Bharat ....Being positive in all this is helpful!!Jai Hind!
