Our constituton framers were very good people,they are so innocent that they did not even think that one day some politicians quite opposite to their standards of the public life would be in active politics setting example to others and therefore they have not built any check for politicians and provided safe guards. It is right time that we people who are above constitution should raise and set norms for politicians and their privileges. Right thinking people should start this project, It may be the beginning for corrupt free governance. Once politicians are corrected the system gets corrcted,as every one involved in corruption is used as a tool by politicians and hence the first one is not afraid as the second one is both beneficiary and protection cover.

once corrupt officials are caught no more suspension,straight away dismissal.now if vigilance caught somebody,first suspension,then enquiry after 6 months half salary after one year back to chair with arreas.minimize the govt offices.close down public service commissions for recrutments.only for police dept.sell off all public sector units which are running in loss.accountability in all depts.common man must be able to track his file .all papers must be subitted by digitalso that officers cannot say i do not know where the file or tear off. more

First and formerly ,Govt has to make strong policy to punish corrupt politicians /officers in very strong way. So far so many corrupt politicians and officers property/office/house has been raided by IT Dept. None of politicians/officers facing any stringent punishment, they are enjoying their life and becoming heroes.Hence highly punishable law and rules are must. After sweeping all corrupt politicians under jail for life time , we can select good and sincere candidates fighting election and we can foresee good governance and development of Bharat. The Politicians should have minimum qualification at least school final for contesting elections. For increasing the salaries/perks they should announce publicly before announcing in the parliament/Legislatures. Least of all public should not get money for voting. And all free distributions by the Government should be given up.Live telecast of Legislature/Parliament should be done. They should not be paid for sdisruption of Houses. more
