Crackers ban

Class opposing ban must be from neo rich affluent with link with leaders & ministers. this reflects that they have all means of controlling pollution level by using appliances like AIR Purifiers & others. Administrative authorities would not dare to see towards them & if they, will loss job on flimsy grounds. This group of corrupt & fearless need identified & should get ZERO vote in next election. Similar treatment for supporters, nominators, campaigners etc.

They must be taught lesson for others learning. Persons demanding & pledging violation of NGT orders should be acted by Contempt of Court cases. A mere notice will serve the purpose & subsequent harassment in attending court for further activities will teach a lesson to think & act in future. more

Crackers ban unwarranted & unnecessary. It has eaten the jobs of thousands. more
Not only crackers even the diesel and petrol generators which emits the toxic smoke should also be banned. No amount of awareness helps unless a stringent action is implemented. When a freedom to breathe a quality air is denied, which is the fundamental need for survival of a living being then what is the use of spending money on health care facilities etc. Prevent one becoming sick than providing healthcare services. more
Ban on gutakha/pan masala and polythene will also be a good move. Liquor ban is also awaited. If cheating continues, ban on private hospitals may be contemplated. Long term effects of these bans will prove favourable. All corrupt practices must be banned. It is a wish of honest and simple citizens of India. more
Please visit any Industrial Estates and it can be found that the Industries are flouting rules relating to pollution and the Pollution Control board is silent spectactor. The vehicles emitting CO2 is being overlooked, but helmet checking, use of seat belt etc. are being strictly observed and fines collected. The smoke emitting from burning of stable, could not be controlled in north Indian states and the smoke continues for days together. Fire crackers were burnt after winning elections and there is no restriction. But in case of Diwali, which is the festival lights, why there should be ban. Alternatively, awareness can be developed among people to restrict the use of fire crackers, and some of the States have already relaxed restriction for two hours, not to hurt the sentiment of the people. more
These days thanks to social media culture, any one can write any nonsense and looks like local circles is no exception. I am neither neo nor rich and I am one of those who oppose the ban. When did the courts and ngt actually care about lives if people? Is it their jurisdiction in the first place. This is all about control of thought, repeatedly telling people - your festivals are polluting. No one said anything when lakhs of sheep were butchered on one day in mostly unhygienic conditions, based on religious beliefs. Was there any restrictions on loudspeaker and prayer calls during the lockdown? Any ban on gathering for missionaries in TN and kerala during the pandemic? Why no ban then? If we who oppose are neo rich can I call those who support as leftists? Let us be more aware more
