iii.Wilful neglect on Goods sold in Black markets without invoicing
iv.Wilful ignorance in arresting adulteration creating un-taxed goods
v.Wilful neglect on Educations those misusing their Funds without providing requisite Trained & Qualified Staff, inadequate Teaching Staff, insufficient labs and human facilities
vi. Wilfully set delayed Loans under Bad Debts in Companies, Financial Institutions, Business Houses
vii. Wilful neglect on arresting Money laundering and Quid-prokho Corruption and Concealed wealth and Black Money
viii. Wilfully making the insufficient Courts and wilful ignorance of adequate number of Judges since after 1980s
ix.Wilful negligence in stopping the Robbery and Smuggling of Forest Wealth and National Natural income and Wealth of Land Treasure of Minerals, Metals and Mines ;
IF CONTROLLED, the whole nation could have educated its general public as per Article 45, 46 and 15 [4] and could have fully addressed with the Socio-economic Status that contemplated in the Constitutional Preamble through the provisions of Article 41, 47 and 48 .

Two individuals while 46% illiterates, even Striving for life lead. since 1 &1/2 decades a Million dead and Millions starving for food and or education . INDEED, THIS SITUATION AFTER 6 DECADES GROSSLY DEFAMED THOSE SACRIFICED THEIR WEALTH AND SOULS FOR INDEPENDENT RULE . My Father's Cousin undergone 6 years imprisonment in 4 times while he participated from Krishna District, Gudiwada in the QUIT INDIA MOVEMENT . Hello! Csn Sarma (socialworker) , Sir , Taking into consideration the Sum of your " Caption + Last Sentence " , I indeed like to give my four researched derivatives from integration of the same as follows . Derivative One :--- The foundation structure of India requires structural repairs for economic control. Because , like Christopher Columbus who had originally wanted to find India but landed in America , India too trusted in Sea of Democracy but had had Land Unification Problem ( LUP ) such as promises made on value of Language-concentrated States , Leadership by group-isms and Vote-banks of 5-year illiterate emotional quotients forcefully bundled to takeoff as India razzle-dazzle Fliers . This so indeed happened for the reason of there being extraction of Independence from a Kingdom into the hands of a Familydom strategically against average intellectual souls . Derivative Two :--- Yesterday's revelation of the Paradise Papers @ Bermuda's Appleby testifies to the Derivative One above . The less said the better at this stage of the System Operatives . Derivative Three :--- Even now it is not too late to recognize the values of Freedoms , Independences and Masses so that the clock can be reversed with NEW NATIONS Emergence from old India of 1947 peacefully for cleaner economics attainments by the new Nations sooner than anticipated given the small size of the State lands and reduced strengths of populations . Derivative Four :--- To err is human . Not only on the Earth but also on the Moon humans erred . For example , the American Astronauts committed an error during their stay on the Moon for a short duration because of which they had to abandon an Experiment called EVM TWO on the Moon in their 16th Apollo Mission for lack of time to set right the error and had to return to Earth for want of reserves of Oxygen for consumption in the Space Suit . Similarly , strong but small economically best poised Nationhood to States is feasible with renaming each State by a new Name not based on Languages . more
