Drivers cancelling Ola Uber rides

I just saw the LocalCircles Founder on Mirror Now channel discussing the issues of taxi aggregators discussing our circle survey

https://www.localcircles.com/a/press/page/taxi-aggregators-survey

I must complement him and the entire LC team for persisting on these issues. Surge pricing loot has definitely reduced in last 3 years and i am sure driver cancellation of rides will also get sorted more

This problem is for last @ 3-4 years, and OLA seems doing nothing about it. They do not give any email address nor helpline no., etc to convey. Cancelltion happens at last hour and we put in embarrassing situation. OLA should remeber any good co. would be ruined if confidence is lost more
it is common occurrence and more so with Ola than Uber. more
Drivers cancelling is technical issue, can easily be solved by Taxi aggregator. A small fine is good deterrence, number of such act should lead to higher punitive measures. That's all. Drivers already knows Pickup and destination, payment mode ! isn't it? more
This is true. More than fifty persent has happened with me. Such drivers must be chucked out. Three will always be new ones to take their place. Atleast ola and uber must rise above the ordinary can operators. more
Can or SHOULD people wait for ...."WILL GET SORTED OUT"? This should be decided immediately, maybe in a week's time. more
