Dustbins and Toilet Stink in Trains
It is still rare to find dustbins in trains. This includes chair car and even executive chair cars of Shatabdis.
Also, the bath room stink is just something that Railway is unable to address.
Can everyone please share their experience on these two items. May be the Railways can then take action.
Also if polls can be conducted on the same, it will give a data point also.

Trains are cleaner than before, but we still have a long long way to go. There are no dustbins in all the trains. Some trains which have them are overflowing with litter because they are not cleaned out regularly as a result empty plates and cups are found on the floor of the vestibule connecting two compartments. The pantry staff themselves litter the place. I have pictures of rings without the plastic bags that the railways had introduced in some trains. I don't know if the pantry contractor is accountable for this. more

The inbuilt dustbin near the latrine is not sufficient to handle the waste that is being generated. Government/Railway authorities have to look into the problem. more

CONGRATULAION FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF CLEANLINESS IN THE TRAIN IS NOW BETTERTHE TRAIN RUNNING SPEED HAS INCREASED BEFORE.CONDIION OF TOILET AND DUSBIN HAS INSTALLED IN PROPER PLACE IN AC COACHES.SO THAT WE COULD NOT BLAME ALL THE EMPLOYEES FOR ANY NEGLIGENCY OR LAZY. more
