Eliminating Donor Anonymity from Electoral Bonds - Inputs Sought

Several of you participated in the LocalCircles polls on Electoral Bonds last year. Here is the report on the same:

The results suggest that while most citizens support Electoral Bonds they feel that donor anonymity could lead to lack of transparency and increased policy level corruption. Also there is a concern about shell companies being used to purchase electoral bonds.

Without identity disclosures,electoral bonds will result in big scams for black money deals more  
Before forming any opinion, read the following media report (The Quint), "Around Rs 6,000 crore worth of electoral bonds were sold in the Financial Year 2018-19. Annual audit reports filed by national and state political parties to the Election Commission of India (EC) studied by The Quint suggest that over Rs 4,500 crore worth of electoral bonds went to the ruling BJP, reports Poonam Agarwal." There are others also. I cannot speak for the Electoral Bonds thrown into the market without the knowledge of Election Commission, being managed by BJP. more  
Facts will come out if Donors notified and is the Correct System to prevent usage of BLACK MONEY more  
Electoral Bonds or Electoral Funding should be transparent, if government has real good intention. more  
Hiding details about the donor will lead to many problems as such it should be made mandatory to put in place the complete details of all donors above Ra.1000/-. more  
This is only the appropriate Policy for all Donations/Gifts more  
Let donors provide PAN and Aadhar card No. while contributing for Electoral Bonds, so that transparency is maintained. more
