Elon Musk mocking India

Musk canceled his visit to India "because of a busy schedule." He arrived in China today but could not find time to fly five hours southwest. Despite having 1/6th of the world's population, India is a "nobody" country. It has no significance in world affairs regardlesa of what sold out english media and tv channels tell you.

Our own LocalCircles survey is saying that 4 in 5 Indians who will buy cars wont consider an EV. That tells the story. EVs dont have a bright future atleast for now and Musk gets it.

Let the business media do paid marketing under the umbrella of news for EV makers. They will learn it the hard way. more

Not only Elon Musk, Every other company /product from the western world treats Indians cheap. Though we have a very large consumer base for their products compared to the Middle east, Scandinavian countries, for example, none of their products support Indian languages. Eg. if you buy a laptop in the middle east it has a Arabic and English keyboard and also supports the arabic language for installation and use of the laptop, whereas there is a not a single laptop that supports any of the indian languages. Same goes with other products. And the sad part is the majority of Indians still patronise the west, while there is a lot more better things in our nation. more
I didn't hear that factory plans are off the table. more
I think it's China's strategy against India . therefore India as a developed nation then we must have to control population first .that China done for 10 years one child policy more
Manuel Aaron: It is sad that we are trying to judge non-Indians on what they should and should not do. If business administrators in India are better than in China, and if Indian labour is cheaper than in China, many foreign businesses will find India an attractive destination. It is in our hands to make India an 'everybody's country' which is attractive to visit and profitable to do business in. more
