First tell us who will evaluate these suggestions. If anyone from Railway is going to do it. let us close this circle because Railway will not do anything good at any cost. Had it benn from contractors, Coke, Pepsi etc, Railway including Board will work overtime and their suggestions shall be implemented in 24 hours. That is how coke an dpepsi is available all railway stalls whereas MILK CURD or BUTTER will never be available anywhere. Jai Ho. EMERGENCY QUOTA SHOULD BE ONLY FOR CRITICAL PATIENTS HAVING CERTIFICATES FROM gOVT OR RECIGNISED HOSPITALS. POWERS GIVEN TO mps, mlaS ETC HAS TO BE WITHDRAWN IMMEDIATELY. WHY THEY HAVE BEEN GIVEN QUOTA. WITHDRAW IT. IT IS ILEGAL, UNCONSTITUTIONAL TO GRANT QUOTA TO MPS AN DMLAS. With the introduction of Tatkal quota the emergency quota should have been cancelled. But it is continuing to support the influential people. more
