The main problem is that after you have made bookings, ERS print button does not work. This problem I am facing for the last four months. From Aug. 2018, IRCTC has stopped sending auto-SMS mailed immediately after a booking is complete; even booking confirmation emails have been stopped. Now, one is at mercy of TTE to let one travel on the basis of PNR no. provided/quoted by the passsenger. (2) The food served on Rajdhani & Shatabadi (even on other trains) are prepared hygienically and are good in taste, but the menu never changes. (3) IRCTC should also take care in upkeep of good grains in the kitchen on trains, becase rats/mouse have also been seen coming out of pantry cars. These sharp tooth living beings can even cut pipes connecting coaches/rakes/bogies resulting in some accident. more
If you don't get SMS please check your mail box. IRCTC sends emails also and email has a print option, you can get a printout from email . SMS can be availed through IRCTC 24 hrs before start of journey. more
Sir we are starting some good practice which yield good response and results but after some times this practice is collapsed not only the case of ers but mostly in all cases ,the management loosen the system and responsible authority is taking appropriate way to maintain . more
