Extreme Heat today

Everyone, i am glad LC Manager is doing this poll today. See attached parts of India will have land surface temperatures of 60 degrees today. This is the temperature human body feels.

Can we please vote and share our plight and share ideas on what should be done in May so Power is allocated to homes and taken away from non essential services.

Why should an office created for back end Govt work not be shut for now. Anything serving people should still be given power but those working for the sake of it.

Pls give views all. more

What do you say to a government who will not listen. Why cant they use sugarcane to dilute petrol/diesel and use it in all the trucks so that our import bill gets lower and the dollar to the rupee is not this high, Why???? Why could the government not plant enough palm trees to procure oil? Why should we import everything. India can make good products. All you have to do is go to the IKEA store and see what good products India makes under Swedish supervision. more
With my divine eyes, I saw five of our enemy nations lighting up fire under India and in the past few weeks they are pouring more fuel to increase the heat. We the innocent, tax paying citizens are suffering because the Petrol/Diesel/LPG/Keroscene prices are so high that I can not take a road trip to Kashmir from Kanyakumari in my ₹65 lakh SUV with my family of 8 people and two dogs.Even the auto riskshaw guy refuse to buy my LPG cylinder which I got free under some scheme. This sunday I participated in agitation to stop felling trees to make some "METRO" and came back tired but cleaned up my back yard removing all plants and bushes.METRO is for poor people and I have the top end SUV, a sedan for my spouse, two scooters(one for my wife and one for my teenaged daughter and 350cc Motorbike for my son). We all go for morning walk but to buy 200gms of flower to please God, my wife take the scooter to a vendor who sits 500m away from home. The government is doing nothing to help the poor like me. more

There are many non essential and no work offices/institutions in all States as well as under Central Govt. which must be shut down for ever to save tax payers money. Many Boards and Corporations had been created to adjust the well wishers or relatives of politicians. In Punjab, there was no work for 10 years with PWD (Mech Wing) but a large posse of man power right from daily wagers, peon, fitters and upto Chief Engineer had been getting full salaries, DA, LTA, medical, promotions and lastly fat pensions + perks. There is no worthwhile IAS officer or Netaji to find out such gross mis-use of tax payers money. Similarly, hundreds of employees are appointed without work by the netas in Civil Secretariat in every State . If such holes are plugged, the cost of governance will come down by 40% but who will bell the cat ? Tax payers money is meant for 5% of Indian population and rest are left to fend for themselves throughout life. more
