Fair Access to Internet in India - Inputs Needed
1. First up all internet should be made available free to the citizens
2. There should not be any restriction on the selection of apps in the internet
3. No ISP should dictate its terms for using the internet
4. The ISP should not interfere with the choice of usage of the customer
5. The ISP should not restrict the use of internet by the customer as is done by Reliance
6. All free calls facilities should be kept as such e.g. whats app calling,
7. For unlimited plans of BSNL from last month they have put cap on the usage based on monthly basis. i.e. if the usage exceeds a certain limit they reduce the speed or we have to move on to a tariff voucher, which is very unfair more
