The main issue is WHO HAS VOTED THESE FAMILIES TO POWER. WE , the people of India. Our people get carried away by the false promises made by political parties. There is lot of appeasement of voters by ready distribution of money, liquor at the time of election, and the promise of cheap dal/ rice, free laptop and etc etc. Political parties have divided society in VOTE Banks on the basis of religion, caste creed etc. The election are now a costly affair. Once in power, politicians make lots of wealth through corrupt practices which is used to finance other family members in fighting election. It is the CORRUPTION which helps a politician to set up Family Owned Political party. The successive Governments have failed to take action against such corruption cases. How many politicians have been punished for corruption? NONE. Chara Ghotala and many more scams are the glaring example. The wonder is people still vote to power those who are well known for corrupt practices. more
They are kings not the leaders. All the Govt job parameters should be put on party leaders like 1.Age factor 2. Education 3. No criminal background 4. Only one family member get job other after the death of Govt Servent why these all factors are not getting applied on leaders. more

Family or no family, any organization (be it a political party or collegium system of judge selection) when there is no transparency and an accountable system of candidate selection, should be rejected. Secondly, any party that allows corruption and bad administration should be thrown out. more
Family politics ruins the country as inefficiency crept into the system due to non-availability of eligible member for taking the leadership. more
