first step of Transforning India

All Sirs,
Please tell me - when "bribery" will be stopped in this country, in this great nation? I am not saying "corruption", beause corruption is a high level word. I think "Bribery" means - either "the giving or offering of a bribe".
If we cannot stop "Bribery"- then how India will transform? Are we all fools dreaming about "transforming India". more

OK Sir, I agreed that "BJP rule as people oriented.............". These are conversation for "political mileage". You go to any govt office , either central govt offices or BJP ruled state govt offices- how many corrputed babus, officers or clerical grade empolyees have been kicked out of office? As I belong to Assam, in Assam in Health dept, transfers have been handled by bribery. Assam is a BJP ruled state. Tell me Sir, where is 'people oriented democracy'? You can see the levels of 'bribery' in almost all POLICE DEPTS, DEFENSE, to name a few. Can you see any 'BIGGER and STRICTER OVERHAULING'. Sir, it is very easy to spread 'propaganda' for political will, so I am saying ' Bribery' need to be legalised. There can be another Tax format , ' BRIBERY SERVICE TAX (BST)' , it will be somewhere around 0.05%. For every BRIBERY TRANSACTION, there will be separate bank account. There will be payement gateway app like 'BribePaytm', 'phonepe ghus', ;BHIM ander SE' etc. Come on India, let's rock.......... 'Are bhai kam ho jayega', 'file nikolwana bahut mushkil hein', 'gate ke bahar do aadmi milenge-unse miliye -sara kam ho jayega. Aap tension na lo, hum hein na'. more
Sri Satish Shenoy well narrated the issues His CONCLUSION is only remedy pl more
I would say it is upon all of us and each of us too. It starts with you and me - do not take bribe or give bribe starting from today. Can you do this? Most will say, like me, that they have not taken bribe ever. But if we have given bribe for whatever reason - sometimes maybe with no option like getting a birth certificate or death certificate or getting a property registration done etc. then we are equally guilty as the one taking the bribe. Are we not? From this view point if we are able to reduce corruption by reducing the need to interact with a physical person in order to get a service completed by the Government then we can all attempt to lead life without giving a bribe. It is in this context that corruption should be attacked first, using technology to circumvent physical interaction - such as in providing birth or death certificates, registering property, getting any other service from Government "servants" etc. The use of DBT as well as linking of PAN to Aadhaar, and hopefully linking PAN & Aadhaar to a unique property ID will facilitate huge reduction of black and unaccounted wealth and give a body blow to corruption. more
Sir Can we make 'Bribery' legalized? Without 'Bribery', India cannot run. No way. more
Try and Try till succeeding the goal is only best remedy. Democracy is for the People as also SC Ordered the Bodies to be People Oriented.
We are witnessing BJP Rule as People Oriented while PM confined that Constitution is His Geeta and Dr Ambedkar 's Quotations are the Directives.
Dr Ambedkar contemplatied a Socialistic Democracy mandating Articles 14, 38, 41 and , 39 ( b) , and ( c ) read with 1st Guarantee of PREAMBLE, JUSTICE, Social, Economic, and Political. more
"Constitutional Parliament is already filled with 36% CONVICTS / Possessing Criminal Conduct. Including those occupied in Legislatures States." Then Sir, why you and I do not join "active politics" in India? more
Such aspirants trying, mostly defeated by Political Parties. There is need of Retired Sincere groups to bring in awareness in the public.
There is already such a suggestion in our Legal Circle which also need inspiration and support please. more
When Rule under Constitution runs strictly under its Objective Mandates, Bribery and it's argons, Corruption, Concealed Wealth disappears. President's Rule with the same Constitutional Mandates for a notified 5 years will prove this definitely. Yadhaa Rajaa , Tadhaa Prajaa. Constitutional Parliament is already filled with 36% CONVICTS / Possessing Criminal Conduct. Including those occupied in Legislatures States. more
