FREE HINDU TEMPLES FROM GOVT CONTROL.

Article 26 of the Indian Constitution provides all religious people freedom to manage their religious institutions like temples etc. But the rights granted by the Constitution has been snatched away selectively from Hindus by the Congress Govt.Various State Govts through Hindu Religious and Endowment Acts have assumed financial and management control of thousands of Hindu temples in India. The original Act though dates back to the British period,it should have been dispelled after the Constitution of India came in to force. That did not happen! There has been lot of resistance to this partisan attitude of the Govt thereafter but of no use.The revenue collected from temples have not been utilised for the welfare of the temples and pilgrims too by the respective endowments. The govts which have no faith on deity or God has no business to meddle with temple administrations or temple mony.Either the Govt should apoint religious endowment to all religious institutions by amending the constitution or free the Hindu Temples from the shackles of State govts by treating the Hindu Religious Endowment Act null and void. The Modi Govt should set right this injustice done to the Hindu community by abolishing these Hindu Religious Endowment Act.before implementing Uniform civil code. more

Thus , the Income from Temple Lands and Properties also were set for Share between the First TWO PARTIES IN INDIA . In deed , Resurvey and Settlement of Lands and Landed Properties is the FIRST AND PROMPT NEED FOR CITIZEN WELFARE Please . more
It's unfortunate that in a Hindu majority states hindus are not heared. Secularism means freedom and not govt control especially the atheists as in Tamilnadu. more
