Ban Not Necessary. It increase the Black Marketing & Corruption. Let the Peoples eat , consume. This is an Industry, gives tax to govt. & also act as great weapon of Population control. No ban. Ban is required on Spitting on road, public places , bldgs, station etc. Put Heavy fine. Not less than Rs. 1000 /00 .for 1 st attempt. Rs. 3000 /00 2 nd attempt , Rs. 5000 /00 3 rd attempt. And after that 6 months jail, without bail to clean all public places , toilets , rly. stations etc. Swaccha Bharat Abhiyan. more
I agree with the views expressed by Mr Dipak P. Ban may be counter productive like liquor ban in Bihar. more
This is an excellent step. I see in Mumbai that workers from UP - drivers, watchmen - consume this cancerous substance. Almost all are married and have families to support. GOI must crack down on this without delay. Gutka manufacturers have become billionaires at the cost of health of millions of Indians. This cost will have to be borne by us and our succeeding generations. more
we hope Modi Sarka follow the same more
As long as corruption exist, all sales of unhealthy products will be available in the market. Politicians are the culpritfor ruining everything. more
I do not understand when on one hand govt wants to promote good health but does nothing for the gutka etc products. They can ask fssai to put warnings of the package as well increase the duty also more
