Good work by Circles

I would like to take a moment today and thank the localcircles team for being so pro-active and early in identifying problems early on. I just voted on your GST in restaurant poll and last week on asking govt to declare Nov-1-20 as smog break in Delhi.

I come to your platform because it gives me hope and many like minded people talking about good things. You should keep it up and keep taking up many more causes. We need to activate local circles like they exist for big causes also for small causes like nallah issue in a colony or dislodging corruption municipal official.

unfortunately, i feel people are not standing up for themselves. they want someone else to solve their problem and this is the mentality that is killing us as a country. We all were dependent on "papa dekh lenge" as children and that same attitude continues even when we grow up.

i raised an issue that abusing in public should be made an offense and so many people supported me but many opposed me. Would we abuse in front of our mother. If not than why dont we treat other women as our mothers and sisters and behave. do we want others to abuse in front of our mothers and sisters. I still hope this issue will be taken forward by the localcircles in near future!

Once again, thank you, namaste, jai hind. more

That is an encouraging post. Mr. Agarwal, Will it be possible for you and other committed persons here to impress upon the authorities that be to depopulate metros and all big cities by shifting industry and scattering it across regions where the work-force will be nearly home? 125/130 crore Indians comes to 13000 lakh individuals. If the powers that be establish modern, planned 13000 towns, each such town will house one lakh of people--an easily manageable number. Lack of health-facilities and illiteracy will disappear in one generation and the sick caste-mindedness will disappear in three-four generations. It is an impossible task to develop 850000 villages! There will be no village settlements if the above strategy is accepted. The emptied rural regions can be developed for different purposes ranging from rain-water harvesting to forestry, agriculture, dairy and so on. Each such planned town can have a thick boundary of trees for birds and wild-animals to live and eat. more
Yes.very encouraging . Forming opinion about welfare of people and country are only thing we strongly suggest. more
