Looks like the Ministry of Finance is Actuallly listening to our recommendation of moving to quarterly filing. There is news in the paper on this . more

Small Businessmen and Ancillaries are the supporting wings of Big Business Houses & relaxations to only those below minimum Slab will be Justified . more

Government is putting into trouble several lakhs of small business people in the name of transparency. If it have taken appropriate measures on few thousands of highly corrupt Politicians and Babus, the Government will garner may be thousands of times the tax it have lost from these lakhs of small people. It should show its transparency in that direction. (i.e. taking action on corrupt). But it seems it does not have the gutts to take action on highly corrupt as they may be dear to them not the common citizen. more

Heavy direct and indirect taxes have made life difficult for common citizen. Increase collection is new mantra taught to all ministries without assessing the impact on common citizen. Thus it is becoming difficult to manage life in metropolitan cities. more
