It is the people of the country who can minimise the spread by strict compliance of the guidelines and maintaqining self control. People must suspend all social function and gathering, movie viewing in theatres, restaurant dining etc. and exercising self control. Unfortunately, majority of our people continue to be arrogant and negligent and are always tending to disregard the guidelines forgetting that being a disciplined citizen he is not only helping himself and his family to be safe but those as well who are moving in his sorroundings and/or coming to his close contact.
