Like the local circles for several departments i.e Consumer Affairs, Railways, Swachh Bharat, members of gst council should be required to engage with public on a mandatory basis.

The only person I see responding to queries is CBEC director Sh. Yogendra Garg which is commendable. Othes must follow his lead.

Success of gst will depend on traders, sme, service professionals properly understanding it. more
