GST Issues

GST issues are rising day by day and resolution is also not provided. Cancellation of registration has been kept on hold since 4-5 months and above that it had been made mandatory to file return even if there is no trading activity. In case return is not filed penalty is levied. The position of law is also not clear in many cases, changes are being made every week in law. Implementation of law is very slow and rectification is also very slow. Heavy penalty is being imposed in spite of the fact that delay is from the side of lawmakers. more
